SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that some products are subject to restrictions.

We use USPS 2-day shipping for most orders (please note this may be delayed due to factors beyond our control). Crown & Iris does not control USPS or UPS transit times once it has possession of your package.

We also offer FREE local pickup. Please select this option, and we will email you when your order is ready for pickup. 

RETURNS

You can return most new, unopened items in the original packaging (with tag) within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your store credit within 3 weeks; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time for us to receive the return, the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it, and the time it takes the bank to process the refund request (5 - 10 business days).

All sale and/or seasonal items, stuffed animals, jewelry, hair accessories, infant items (exception: clothing), custom order items, monogrammed items, bath & body products, and swimsuits are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
